  • Started off with an awesome premise...

..and quickly deteriorated into ridiculous soapy plot twists and a gore fest of constant gratuitous violence. Really disappointed after trying to get through a couple seasons, I guess I should have read it first. Sci-fi used to be a cerebral exercise in imagination and unlimited possibilities, but has degraded into narrow, mind numbing, explosive war franchises and serial stupidity. I wish these writers would quit being ruled by testosterone and tap into a few brain cells instead.

I grew up with sci-fi from the masters... Jules Verne; Isaac Asimov; Aldous Huxley; HG Wells; George Orwell; Ray Bradbury; Arthur C Clarke; Michael Crichton; and so on, and spent countless hours soaring through imaginative landscapes above and beyond the mundane. There is enough violence and hatred on this planet already, it is NOT entertaining!!!

  • Must see movie, ignore the paid trolls and use your own good judgment.

Five years ago before I even turned 60, I was so sick and hopeless I was ready to just die. I was in constant agony from rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, spinal stenosis, severe IBS, I was T2 diabetic, had high blood pressure, high everything, sleep apnea, major depression, and on and on. My doctors had me on a slew of drugs which at best masked some symptoms, but fixed nothing an actually made me feel worse. Desperate for the help my doctors weren't giving me, I researched the rabbit-hole of information, and what came up again and again was the relation of diet to disease. The testimonials from patients who were able to turn their health around with a simple whole food plant based diet when medicine couldn't, convinced me I had to at least TRY it myself. It was really tough at first, but then nothing short of a miracle! At 65 I feel better than I can remember, take no more drugs and am healthier than I've ever been! I wish everyone could see What the Health because it is livesaving information it took me years to dig up in one sweet package! There seems to be an army of desperate disinformation idiots trolling the reviews with a very tran$parent agenda $$$ in an effort to discredit and challenge a simple reality so many are waking up to thanks to these brave filmmakers! This isn't new info, just suppressed by the many industries that profit from our poor health and would suffer if we simply started making smart changes to our diet and lifestyle. Don't be manipulated and duped people, just try it for yourself!

  • An insult to mothering

It kind of scares me that people think this movie is a testament to love. Letting a kid be an impulsive, destructive brat is not what being a mother is about, and it isn't love, it's just wimping out. Children need a parental figure to guide and teach them, build character and caring, not just passively observe and tolerate! He's a child, not a pet! I raised kids alone with a garden to feed us and money from odd jobs I could do while they were at school. We didn't have stuff, but we had love and respect for each other and didn't worry about them destroying the house if I wasn't looking! Life can be tough, but I didn't really need a depressing saga with unlikeable characters(besides the grandfather)to drive it home.
