Binge watched both seasons and the second series is absolutely awful. How can these people have so much bad luck, it's complete nonsense!!

The acting is average and it's really weak storytelling. They didn't have anything original and I wouldn't recommend watching it. Unless you want to just watch the first and last episode as that's all you need to do. The in between is just a waste of time.

I am all for supporting actors in series but why does Sheridan Smith have to always perform with a pout. It's completely unnecessary. I binge watched this series and wish I hadn't bothered. It is mediocre, predictable and not worth watching.

You could see the ending a mile off.....ridiculous that a police officer could access computers when supposed to be on bereavement leave and no-one notices?

Understand it's a hard watch and an emotive topic. The acting was brilliant from Stephen Graham, Owen Cooper and Ashley Walters, but I was disappointed with the ending. I thought we were going to see the trial and have a twist in it. But it didn't happen and I felt a bit deflated.

Such a sad story line and both families suffered, mostly the girls as they lost their daughter. We didn't see her family's side so it was one dimensional in every sense.
