Movies, of late, have been boring me after about 20 minutes. It's either a remake or slightly different from an old movie. I usually am able to predicts how they end. Not this movie, sean penn and Dakota Johnson were amazing. Great chemistry. An entire movie filmed in a taxi. Normally I don't like Dakota Johnson but she was great with Sean Penn. Movies with good scripts, good actors and good directors are hard to find now, even with all the TV we have now. If you have the time, you will not be disappointed if you watch this flick. It did at times gives me collateral vibes. If you like that movie you'll like this one.
My husband loves Fargo, and I haven't enjoyed any of the seasons, really. I don't LOVE them. This season... Different story. Juno Temple plays an amazing Dot and her accent is incredible. The plot line is good, really outdid yourself Fargo. Jennifer Jason Leigh is wonderful as always. I can't wait to see what Dot's real identity is. At first, I thought Witness protection but I don't think I'm right now. Overall, great writing, the fight scenes are well shot. I find a lot of cuts annoying, so it seems like Juno maybe doing some of her own stunts too which always adds a huge plus for me. Can't wait for the rest of the season.
Wasn't the biggest fan of Taron. He was okay but this role really elevated him for me. 10/10. What is there to say about Paul?! I've been enjoying his performances since I, Tonya. He is simply INCREDIBLE! Ray Liotta, great ending to a great career. Highly recommend!
