It's only bad when you compare it to the original fall guy series. Lee Majors dead panned the Colt Seavers role perfectly and the plot of a stunt man needing to make rent money as a part time bounty hunter was much more fun. I also missed the Howie Munson role and believe there could have been another Jodie the young stuntwoman role in addition to Jodie, Colt's love interest. I think that this had the cast to make this film one of the great remakes. Still, the movie was enjoyable in its own right and had its share of funny scenes and dialogue, plenty of action, and some good music. Ryan Gosling was very good, Emily Blunt was great as always. Stunts were awesome.
Predictable, but still much funnier and better than I expected. The characters were good and the movie was sweet. It is no Picasso, but it was 90 minutes of fun. Okay.
Some of lighting during the fight scenes was a little to dark and the intermixing of scenes with Japanese language and English subtitles through me off track just a little. The acting and fight sequences were very good.
