As the title of the movie suggests, it is the Shibuya Incident x The Culling Game Begins highlights.

The first 45 minutes of the movie is highlights of some of the fight scenes from season 2 and the last 30 or so minutes is from the culling game (which is a special episode that released recently).

Unless you want to see the highlights on the big screen, I wouldn't recommend it especially considering the best fights of the season isn't shown in the movie. Had I known this going in, I wouldn't have gone to the cinema to watch it.

I grew up on the original TNMT and 90's Batman animation. I loved them both and to see both team up was such a trip down memory lane. If you're a fan of both you'll love this. There are some missed opportunities and jokes that didn't land (hence the rating) but as a whole, it was a great film to watch. I loved it.

There's like 4 funny scenes. The rest of the movie is terrible. Save yourself some time and watch the funny bits on YouTube.
