It is one of the best of tbe Roger Moore Bonds...overtaken only by Golden Gun. For me this film was ruined by the appalling "acting" of Mrs Ringo Starr, Barbara Bach. A beautiful and handsome lady with absolutely zero talent as an actress. I have seen church pews with more talent. I have to say I scored this an eight despite Mrs Starr and as it was the final film before we closed our Odeon it holds many many bittersweet memories.
I do not know who cast the movie, but Ms Bach would have been better in the small role of Naomi, whilst the magnificent Caroline Munro would have been better cast as the lead......

But for Don Cheadle's absolutely awful British accent. Surely the producers could have found a genuine English actor for this role. Each time he was on screen I had to mute the sound.
