Okay, not a bad episode and I get what they're trying to do, mostly. Psychological aspects resulting from the events are being heavily worked, since the beginning of the season. But the dialogues are really predictable and it's like; yeah I could think myself that they are having conversations about these kinda stuff generally. What I mean by saying that is, a lot of scenes are kinda a bit meaningless because they're not very powerful as they meant to be. Yeah, you could do a lot of dialogues but you have to deliver these type of dialogues as somewhat "powerful" and "essential". 4 episodes over, the story moves a bit slow and I'm waiting for the "breakthrough" episode. But still, the things happening around are generally interesting, therefore it is 7/10.

Slowly but surely, The Whisperer War is coming. Episodes like these are important, cause TWD had a bit of a pace problem generally, and when you're bored following episodes like these it makes your attention fried for the ultimate outcome of all the things. After that Whisperer-focused filler episode, this was more exciting and actually got the story developed. Still, there is a need for that 9+ episode, but one hopes that episode arrives soon. This episodes was 8, but close to 7. Negan-Aaron stuff was quite interesting, since Negan behaved as good(?)old Negan for sometime. Carol and what she's been through is kinda boring IMO, because she had been through a lot and yes, "The Calm Before" was on another level but it's just getting more stale than ever to see Carol this way. Overall, a good episode with a bunch of good scenes, it could get 7.5 but not here (LOL) so a bit generous, 8.
