I didn't know what to expect with watching this show and I have to say I was surprised. Joes inner monologue cracks me up. It also can be surprisingly suspenseful. Not in the way of literal impending danger but in the way that there are a lot of close calls because you wanna root for joe even tho he's a psychopath. I recommend this show for those who haven't seen it for sure.

Ok from what I keep seeing people say it's a slow burn which it kind of is yes but it is overall great. The 2nd half was great. The one thing that I think may be putting people off is that it has more emotion and heart than horror but Hill House has that too. I don't know. I really liked it especially the the last 3 episodes were great storytelling.
