I should probably start off by clarifying, I'm an older white liberal male. I've got no problem with nudity or dancers, or any of that, but this was more of what we used to call soft-porn - not what I'd think would win an Oscar award.

Too much nudity and needless sex scenes. I wanted to watch this film because it won an Oscar, but I don't see how it could have won it. The production is far from good, more like a long the lines of a '70's or 80's porn film. The cinematography was so bad, if there was any good acting, it was obscured by it.

This is a bit of a rushed review, but this film stinks.

I was just flicking around and found the series. I started watching it a was immediately hooked.

The episodes are a little short - around 30 -35 minutes, and there are only 8 of them, but they are great. Lots of action and a very good storyline. Bittersweet with some heartbreak. I felt for Smokie's daughter and Diaz. Oh, and the kid who was getting excorized, I almost forgot about that one. One of the many quick plot twists in the everyday job of the Long Beach Police Deepartment.

It's a very well done cop show. Although, I did catch a couple scenes where they left one scene in the daylight, only to arrive in another at night, but that's not enough to knock off stars. Great show!

I was young when I saw the first show, stayed up late to watch it. I fell in love with the show and New York City. I eneded up moving there in the early '80's, and loved it.

Watching Saturday NIght really brought back a lot of those feelings. I was entertained throughout the entire movie. I loved it. I really loved the character of Andy Kaufman, so understated, yet so very funny.

The girls gave me a sense of nostalgia for their sweet innocence, while Belushi made me a little sad, by being a lonely, misunderstood genius. I was a little surprised at how they portrayed Chevy as a rather likeable comedic god.

Great show!
