Just finished season 2. The best series I have watched in quite some time. Everything falls into place, given time. I intend to keep watching - zero disappointments so far.
I also like that there is no "filler". Every scene is for a reason and eventually comes back. This is something that definitely should be known more outside French-speaking world - it should be mentioned next to all great names like The Wire, The Sopranos or Breaking Bad.
I also like how there's a variety of languages spoken - French, Arabic, Farsi, English.
On a side note, I have to say that the way Amazon Prime (UK) handled it is quite baffling. On the one hand, the show has X-Ray feature, which requires extra work (I suppose) and is a nice touch. On the other, it's the first time ever I'm seeing a show in streaming with burned in subtitles. I have no idea how and why would anyone make such decision.
So far, the best in season 6. Action really picks up here and "the force awakens". Let me say it again - I truly and absolutely loved this episode.
It feels different, but it's a good kind of different. Of course I miss Frank, but Claire delivers, I think. And I've never been a big fan of her tbh, so that's good. I felt compelled to watch more. Definitely doesn't deserve the low ratings.
