First of all congrats to the guy who made the yoda voice, is was so wonderfull he captured the essence of the character but in portuguese language, i´ve showned my nephews, and they loved it.
The movie is very good, it has lots of characters, many of them i don´t know, but i like that, saw it with my family and everyone of us liked it.
In my house we have 4 children and everyone of them liked it, we already seen the first chapter, and knew that they woul post it on christmas day, a true gift for all portuguese fans.
Kudos to everybody that made this movie come to life it´s very rare in Portugal to see movies like these, and with portuguese actors in it.
Hope they can continue for many years on the making of movies like this.
Congrats also to the actress that made the character Kyria she was the best and for me she was my favorite character.

If you're a fan of the original looking for something similar, than this is the movie for you.
Story-wise, with the exception of some additions, it hits the same beats as John Carpenter's original movie, it continues the story of the classic, and a team from mcmurdo base is sent to investigate, they arrive and see the base destroyed finding the bodies of Rj macready and Childs on ice, one of them is taken by one of the creatures, and the horror begins again.
The sense of fear returns again, and we don´t know who is infected, paranoia takes over, so the mcmurdo base goes on full alert, John, Doc and Dean, and others form teams, to kill all the creatures, that´s when the scary stuff begins.
If you love the 1982 version, you owe it to yourself to check this one out.
