This series is very similar to Chefs Table and just as interesting. I don't look to these sorts of shows for recipes or how to cook meals. Getting an insight into how the chef thinks and their attitudes and philosophies is what it's all about. It's showing you the difference between a cook and a chef. One star off because the series is almost impossible to get unless you live in Denmark. I have only been able to view three of the episodes. Sort out your distribution please Viaplay.
