  • Insidious: The Red Door

So I finally watched this and I was super excited, because actors coming back years later for the same films is something I really love in movies. However, I was so disappointed, was anyone else? I felt like there weren't enough scares, and the end felt anticlimactic. It was lacking, and that sucks. I mean, I love the Insidious films overall, but this one felt more like a family drama than a horror movie.

  • My Favourite Horror Movie

Call me crazy, but this film is my ultimate horror comfort movie. I don't care that nearly everyone I've ever spoken to about the film says it's awful, they suck, don't listen to them. Listen to me, this film, it's not up there with spectacular films ever made, and that's okay, because it's a good little horror movie. It does the job of a basic slasher. I think it's brilliant, I love the setting of Ambrose, and I love the Sinclair brothers. I think overall it's awesome, and really well made. I like films with a small cast, not sure why, I just do. And for the record, I have a biggest crush on Bo Sinclair, but honestly, who wouldn't? Despite the obvious insanity, he's cute.
