I really enjoyed the first season but season 2 got really annoying focusing on Juliette so much. And then when she remained a main a character throughout the series, I didn't understand why they kept her character(s) until I discovered she was dating and ended up marrying Nick in real life. To avoid spoilers, even though the show is no longer on the air, I was really happy when Nick was with the other woman no matter what the circumstances. Another problem I had with the series was the fact that there was always a wesen involved with whatever case Nick and Hank were working on. Apparently Portland is crawling with wesen and most of them are bad guys.

The concept of the movie and the calendar gifts were unique but the rest of the movie was average. First off they act like this girl is some struggling artist with her brand new car and her giant apartment. She's more like the daughter of a wealthy lawyer so she can be a photographer all she wants. Then the male lead has braids and a unibrow going on where it makes you root for the other guy. The meet cute with that other guy was pretty cute so the movie gets points there.
