I recommend it to people who love works of Stephen King and his small-town horror stories, although this show has less "horror" element and more drama. The characters are fleshed out quite well and unlike many horror movies, they are not stupid.
The story is pretty good and enjoyable. Same goes for acting and overall atmosphere. But I guess the pacing could be improved if the unnecessary monologues were omitted and the series was at least 2 episodes shorter. Sometimes I lost track of what they were saying and had to go back a few seconds to understand it all. All the episodes had good ending, especially last 2. Overall 7/10.
