Let's get the positives out of the way...
Hats off for taking on such a huge commitment and, even though I'm 30 minutes in, I sort of get what you were trying to do.
But so far, and I will stick it out and report back if I'm wrong - because I thought I'd ignore the critics - wtf!
The acting and script is dire so far. Ice Cube must've had a brain fart. It's like he's acting/responding to something entirely different to what the movies portraying.
With all the ideas and film scripts that get promoted, I'm baffled how this got through and they thought it'd make them money. Someone needs to get fired!

The Accountant was brilliant. Great story, great story and pretty much original.
They had 8 years to come up with a superb follow up and this is really the best that they can do? Disappointing.
Glad I didn't go to the cinema to watch this. I really don't get it. There are much better films and series in this genre. Reacher, John Wick and The Equalizer come to mind.
I can only imagine how poor the other scripts were that they chose this one.
I'd be amazed if there was a third film. I think I read they're considering a series. Well, it couldn't get any worse.
I'm bemused by the high ratings, maybe people just got blinkered by who was starring in it. Who knows?
