Directed by Sergei Parajanov is perhaps one of the most captivating cinematic experiences one can encounter. Although it lacks the length of a conventional feature film, it compensates with a profoundly rich and mesmerizing visual spectacle. Each frame is meticulously crafted, capturing the essence of an ancient world that feels very distant, presenting a time and place lost to the ages. Its visuals resemble exquisite paintings that evoke the vibrant cultural tapestry. The film's atmosphere draws the viewer into a mystical, dream-like journey, combining folklore and legend in a unique narrative. This is undoubtedly a film that deserves to be seen at least once in a lifetime-a cinematic poem that resonates deeply and lingers in the memory long after the credits roll.
This film answers in what a sci-fi adventure in this day and age should be like.
Personally, I think Dune novel's continuity is unfilmable and that's one of the main reasons Villeneuve really made a fantastic job directing this film.
The cast was superb, watching Villeneuve's other films there's always an actor/actress standing out and in this film Timothee Chalamet (Paul Atreidis) really made it work!
The score by Zimmer is awesome. Brilliant middle-eastern Sci-fi vibes that makes you feel vulnerable in the vast dangerous desert.
Runtime-wise, If you like sci-fi films you won't be bothered, If not, maybe this isn't the film for you.
I get that a lot of people didn't like this film but that's a question whether you like the genre nor the film.
Dune invests highly on what we will see in Part 2, so I'm happy we are already having it in 2023.

An over the top classic "road trip" style comedy starring comedian legend, Chris Farley.Peter Segal's movie is full of cliché and almost everything that's happening seems over the top.The main problem with the movie is its screenplay,it is very poorly written and it makes you feel dumb.At least the acting is great,Farley and Spade connected and rocked as a comedy duo.The movie made me laugh but it is nothing more than a passable movie.
