  • James Gregory was the highlight.

Much of the episode sputtered until inspector Luger (James Gregory) appears. His sentiment tearfully blubbering about the "good old days" when he and his fellow cops busted the heads of the bad guys was the funniest scene in the series so far. Fun to see "Dead End Kids" Gabriel Dell. Odd casting of Greek born Titos Vandis as Puerto Rican Jacinto Escobar. The episode probably would have been a near clunker without James Gregory.

  • Memorable for Linda Lavin.

Very honest non political correct talk from Barney. Probably in today's PC times would have got him fired. Linda Lavin was a nice fit on the show. She was a very versatile and talented actress. And in future episodes she and Max Gail would have a very good chemistry dating. Usually square wheel Barbara Barrie had one of her better episodes sticking up for Wentworth and talking about her therapy sessions. Good to see Howard Platt (The Bob Newhart Show, Sanford and Son) nailing the role of the creepy obscene phone caller.

  • Good episode after clunker "Stakeout".

David Wayne and Milton Selzer were highlights of an entertaining episode. No real big laughs but comical throughout. Best line was Yemana after he's informed lunch sandwiches prices have increased 83%, "there goes night racing". Wojo again doesnt appear to be the brightest bulb with no political correctness in 1970s sitcoms.
