This movie was really, really good. I'm the portion of the audience that Disney/Marvel has attacked recently: conservative, doesn't like preachy movies, wants good characters & good stories, enjoys female heroes if they're well-written.
This movie was really, really good. There was a large chunk of the movie where I forgot it was a comic book movie, and was just a movie about a family.
The ending was really good. The story was wonderful (I refuse to say "fantastic" there!), and I'm excited about Marvel again!!
My only issue is Pedro Paschal. He did GREAT as Reed Richards, but every once in a while I was reminded he was Pedro Paschal and it took me out of the movie.

This show is so incredibly enjoyable & hilarious. It's the most ridiculous family drama, combined with a megalomaniac genius, and a cast of characters that are incredibly engaging.
My biggest problem with this show is that it just doesn't have enough episodes or long enough ones. I'm left wanting more. When a show does that, it's done the right job!!
No spoilers, but the show's premise is a dad & CEO of the business he owns desperately needs his son to remain centered. Rob Lowe is a fantastic comedic actor, with perfect timing, and makes it easy to get lost in this bizarre world. Rob's ACTUAL SON, in real life, is his son in the show. Such a wonderful extra layer of hunor!

This movie was incredibly painful to watch. It's like an homage to 90s buddy-cop/different-cultures action comedies, done by someone who only watched trailers.
The jokes, if you can call them that, are either lame or a dime store version of jokes done better in the 90s.
The plot & change in motivations is worse than the WORST the 90s had to offer.
The endless pandering to Hollywood's Chinese overlords was ridiculous. Can you TRY to make it part of the story???
The Jackie Chan stunts showed this man's age. Gone are the amazing body movements & acrobatic stunts. Instead, it's stilted motions and almost stop-motion.
The chemistry between the leads is forced & not believable.
I love a 90s action comedy, and I even enjoy the bad ones. This thing is almost unwatchable.
