Nice to see a show set in an educational environment where the teachers are not shown as caricatures.
The comedy show "NEVER HAVE I EVER" is a great example of this common error.
The Chair is a great show with lots of talented actors that shows how impossible it is to have a middle management position and still remain a nice person. It also is quite good in showing how students all to often takes binary choices black or white, no other color shades are allowed.
The romantic story are somewhat less interesting but it's used in a good way by scriptwriters to give the protagonist some hard dilemmas to handle.
I like "The Chair" and I'm looking forward to a next season.

I just love Chewing Gum". it's funny surprising and very very charming. The best thing from UK since Mistfits. I was wondering on how the script writer managed to talk the main actress into doing all these crazy thing until I realized that it was the same person. Michaela Coel has a great future in front of her. She is really funny.
