There is a fine line between being lovable idiot and truely obnoxious, Steve Carell knew that line. Since the character Nellie became regular on the show, it was bad just bad. Her character is just annoyingly obnoxious. The character isn't funny and it was the straw that broke the camel's back.
If you ask me, I would say watch this amazing series untill season 7 and don't bother with the rest.
You can clearly see how much the show changed if you watch it back to back. All funny and hilarious situations went downhill after season 7. What a shame!
I would give the previous seasons 8/10 but I would give season 7, 3/10.

What a waist of time. Don't bother watching it. I know it's an "American Pie" movie, but could it be any worse? 😉😜
Seriously, it's not funny. It's the worst way to represents women or to break sexism and stereotyping. It's an insult to comedy and feminism.
Plot flaws are every where. Very repetitive and predictable. If you've seen a season, you've seen them all. I can go on and on but I'm afraid that I'll spoil some events.
Character development is illogical, and the show proves that the worst thing you can do to a show is to have multiple writers who writes different episodes.
