Indian version of 12 angry men? Kinda but so much more as it addresses so many aspects that are relative to us, while keeping the focus on Who Did It??? Constantly engaging and I saw it with English subtitles but still can't rave enough about it. Never a dull moment and all the characters are brilliantly cast. The lead actress could do better but she still did a pretty good job. The writing sucks you in and you feel like everyone seems to have an alibi/a get out of Jail Card. I got my prediction wrong, by a mile, and that's what I love about this movie. Nitpicking but the love angle could have been delayed IMHO, would have added more value. Nevertheless, what a ride this was!!! Take a bow, everyone involved in this gem. : )

Wow, just blown away. The satire is strong with this one. 😁😁😁 Perfectly encapsulates Mumbai and most of Bollywood at the time. Dark, witty and with brilliant performances all around. Shows the darker side of Mumbai and has a very real feel to it. The music is just amazing as well. Naseeruddin Shah steals the show, unsurprisingly and Tara Deshpande is just unreal. Rahul Bose was pretty good as well. And Naveen Andrews is just sooo out of place, and rightfully so... 😂🤣😂 Can just imagine how much they must have had making this one.

Unfortunately, had to watch the Hindi version as the unrated, original in English just isn't available anywhere, but still. : )
