Good cast, good acting and nice dialogues with a pleasant touch of comedy. Suffers from the same problems as the other NCIS shows which is that they have no business investigating the vast majority of cases they end up investigating. Although that could be tolerated, the stories and the plans they put in place are completely idiotic and do not make a lick of sense most of the time, making a potentially great show something rather painful to watch. Writing seems to slightly improve along the seasons, so this show might yet reach an average level. It would be a good thing as well if writers could stop them investigating cases of terrorism, counterfeiting and other completely unrelated to the navy
