I actually found this movie very entertaining.
While her daughter is held hostage by a man, that man makes her do things she'd never do on her own. Even though it doesn't always makes sense I found it pretty hilarious. Even the end I thought was well in line with the story.
So if you don't expect a serious thriller..... you'll love it.
Hallmark has made plenty of cooking romances but I truly loved this one. A nice story and good played. I was happily surprised. You should watch it for an evening with your friend.
If you love the movie Groundhog Day, you will love this Christmas version of it.
It actually is a very sweet Christmas movie...... and not as frustrating as Groundhog Day. I think the story line is just adorable and well worth the watch. Happy Christmas to you.
