I'm writing this between the seasons two and three. I don't want to make a long story, so here are my five cents.
The story is so interesting that it seldom makes me feel bored. The apocalyptic world reminds me on The Walking Dead and Fear The Walking Dead however these two series were interesting in first seasons but the more they progress the more they just keep talking and there's less happening. The Rain however has only a few talking and there's always happening something. Of course, these were just the first seasons.
What I see after the season two is that it could be like a prequiel two X-Men because it shows how some abilities are being developed.
I'm wondering how many times has Simone said "Rasmus".
Some moves of people irritate me but then I think how good the actors are to play these stupid moves out so well!
Somebody has recommended to watch Dark instead. I've done that. There's nothing more to watch as Dark has come to an end. Dark can't be compared to The Rain as the topics are very different. Dark can be compared to 12 Monkeys and Dark beats 12 Monkeys having more explanations.
In the last days, there has been a lot of heavy rainfalls here. And my tonsils are hurting for the sixth day in the row. I'm not dead yet. So my body becomes stronger, stronger than the rain.

This is yet another movie with violence although it was possible to solve the main problem with goodness. The thing learnt but the human didn't. If a human has a fear they become irrational. After some moves, it was clear that there was a mirror. We see in the mirror what we want to see. It reflects our life to us. If we attack it, it attacks back. If we hug it, it hugs back. If we start loving it, it starts loving us back. Therefore, this movie could be a great teaching source for young parents. Children learn from their parents. What do they learn? Could violence disappear from our world if we stopped using it? Can we replicate love?
I enjoyed this movie. I couldn't stop watching it before it reached the end. I would look forward for a sequiel. I can imagine that if a sequiel would be made and love would've been replicated in it, that could be a Disney movie.
