Obsessive TV series watcher focusing on SciFi, Action, Thriller, Mind Games, Comedy (but mostly dry and often dark comedy), Horror (on occasions).

Things I like...............I thought about listing some but then decided it was not a good idea. I will review what I like or what I watch, and with an objective mind. I wont criticise and say things are bad just because I don't like them, I will look at what they have offered to the audience, and if they have met that criteria. If I really don't like a show or movie then perhaps I won't just give it a really bad review if it did not meet my style as perhaps I should't have chosen it, but I normally watch what I think I will like which is normally correct. I have seen some little gems though in the international foreign language market.

  • A great Dracula origin story

This version of Dracula was very different, I loved this version and it definitely beats other franchises. A strong story line and excellent acting from Luke Evans as the main character 'Vlad'. He was perfect and carried the role well. I couldn't imagine anyone better.

I read the synopsis but the script concept was better than expected. Quite a dark movie visually but that's because Dracula prefers the dark lol. The bats were excellent, different and clever the way they were used in swarms. It was good to see a different Dracula origin story as opposed to the usual in a coffin etc.

If you want to watch a good action movie then sit back and enjoy, lots of fighting but no blood or gore. Definitely recommended, sit back and enjoy you'll be entertained.

  • Great fun show, binge worthy

    Great fun show, binge worthy

Really enjoying this show, watched the first 4 episodes in one hit. Love Natasha Lyonne as the main truth telling character. It's fun, lighthearted but not boring. The characters are well put together. The female truck driver in episode 2 was great. Sometimes you don't need a heavy drama and whilst this isn't edge of your seats its interesting and entertaining all the way through, episode 4 was a bit silly but clever none the less.

So expect some silly moments but fun to watch. Reminds me a bit of 'Shut Eye' about the fortune teller scam.

This story is about a woman who can really tell if your lying, who wouldn't like to have that skill.

  • Great suspense thriller that you wont expect

A must watch. I didn't expect that much to start from watching the trailer, but I really enjoyed this movie a lot and very glad I spent extra the time to watch the decent reviews. The story brings you in from the beginning, good character back stories and script, all you really need to know. It might seem a bit silly to start but don't underestimate this movie.

The suspense is just excellent, I couldn't stop watching it. If you don't see it through all the way to the end you will miss the big twist in this. It will keep you on the edge of your seat.

Highly recommended from me and I don't always watch this type of movie, this is A+ from me.
