The story and setting start out fine. It is a little rehashed and cliche, but not terrible. The main actor did a great job as a male ex-con who wants to change his life around. The acting is okay, but not Oscar worthy.
The actors and actresses did their best with what seemed like a rushed story. It seemed pushed forward, leaving a lot of gaps and skimpy detail. At the end the story also took a predictable turn.
It is worth a one time watch, but if you're looking for a great film, this isn't it.

Without the ability to formerly introduce the film as original, it doesn't mean it is a bad film. The film is a mix of different movies thrown into one mixed bag. The story mixes Room 9, The Autopsy of Jane Doe, The Exorcist, and Kingdom Hospital.
I can't really give a great description of the plot, because it is very primitive and will cause me to give the movie away in spoilers. Therefore, I will give a short and sweet basic idea:
The movie starts in a hospital, man sees weird manifestations, man ends up getting exorcism, man lives in multiple realities or scenarios, demon causes everyone to go insane, etc
It isn't a bad film. Some of the script is choppy and the acting is a little overdone in some parts.
All in all it is worth a one time watch and keeps the veiwer intrigued. It is slow, but is NOT boring

A Mixed-Bag.
I made a review in the recent past that must've gotten rejected. I tried to tear the game apart and find anything to b**** about. I couldn't find a single thing. Eventhough this review will not be as extensive and detailed, I would like to go over the awesomeness with a list of things that were better than even the early stages of Ubisoft and their best games:
1) Overall gameplay and controls
2) THE STORY IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
3) Is playable by players of different calibers with a difficulty setting, letting players just enjoy a REALLY good story if gameplay challenge is not saught.
4) Awesome visual aesthetics
5) INTERACTIVE turn based battles.
As a gamer for over thirty years, I am assuming you will share the same opinions. The story is so good it brings you to tears.
If you enjoy RPGs, I recommend this game with full confidence. This game is a revolution of the turn based RPG genre, and now set the bar SUPER HIGH!
Perfect ten (10), and I don't rate ten often.
This game has proved that politics and other beuacracy does NOT belong in the video game industry. This is what you get when you are passionate and actually care about the game you make.
