I didn't care as much for episodes 1 and 3 since they weren't about dinosaurs (they were about the evolution of mammals and the extinction of giant insects, respectively), but episode 2, the evolution of birds from avian dinosaurs, was so mind-bogglingly cool. Like, we all know that T-rex eventually evolves into chicken.... but that's a relatively abstract concept since those two look so extremely different from one another. However, for the first time this mini-series showed me the evolutionary steps from dino to bird and it was so cool. It even explained the purpose of feathers on non-avian dinosaurs.
I only wish there was more on pterosaurs (we only got a little bit in episode 3), and I was really expecting there to be an episode on marine life, so not getting that was a disappointment.
The visuals are not bad! The animation/movement is janky, but the overall look is nice. We stan floofy feathery killer dinosaurs.

This is the best show I have ever watched in my life. It is so funny and so entertaining.
