I've seen worse movies. This one isn't that bad, but I also wouldn't recommend it to most. There is a T&A factor, but that's not exactly at the forefront of this movie. It's a low budget horror movie about sexy cannibalistic witches. On the good side, the story is simple and coherent, the soundtrack is reasonably good, the pacing is good. Now the bad. It looks like it was filmed by film school students. The villains absolutely suck. They're essentially backwoods idiots(I'd rather use the proper Retar word for them). And the script needs some help or a total rewrite. Other than that, I think this could've been a better movie with more of a budget and better writing. I like the concept, but the execution just nosedives.
It's not a great movie, but it is hilarious. It's one of those, every five seconds is a new gag, type of movies, so if one doesn't land the next one will. The story is coherent, but it's kind of more in the background of the endless humor. The run time is just right. By the end you start to feel the burnout, and it ends just at the moment you get there. It's not a lovable movie, but it's definitely enjoyable if you have time to burn.
The actor chemistry was excellent. The acting itself was pretty good. The directing was good. The cinematography was good. The writing was so-so. The only real problem I had with this movie was the initial reactions of the characters to the situations, it's passable enough as some teenagers being reckless, but still not the believable. Other than that everything worked pretty well. I do have some open ended questions for how it ends, but still, it's fine enough. I give it a 7 for being entertaining enough. I think the director knocked it out of the park, and the writer needed another draft for a slight bit more believability from the characters.
