Let me be perfectly clear on this: I'm no Siskel or Ebert or even a Gene Shalit, I just enjoy a good movie from time to time, and I enjoyed this movie. Granted there were some things in the movie that were a bit unbelievable and stretched beyond one's logical imagination, but I liked it. I especially liked the ending(s) where all 'bad guys' got what they so just fully deserved. I did feel kinda sorry for Jennifer Anniston's character, Lucinda because she did seem to feel sorry for Charles' daughter's medical problems. Anyway, like I said, I liked the movie and have watched it more than once and will probably watch it several more times since I purchased the DVD.
As soon as I saw Brady drive up in that black, gold trimmed '79 Pontiac Trans Am I literally said 'out loud' to myself..."That kid doesn't deserve that car!" I owned a red '79 Pontiac Trans Am 6.6 litre engine (no T-Top) back in they day and I would make a deal with the devil to get it back. That punk doesn't deserve that car. Not then, not now, not ever! A proud (former) Trans Am owner. As for the movie itself, pretty lame. Reminded me of 'Fatal Attraction' a little bit.
