Cinematography is pure magic and should be watched in cinema. Every films main goal has to let me go off thinking about what I’ve witnessed for weeks, months or even years.

Shows should accompany us throughout a moderate time to develop a memorable experience for a lifetime.

  • A film you can watch without any homework

Marvel Studios managed to show the world that it's possible to create a solid Fantastic Four movie. Fox created two average movies even though I liked them as a kid back then and let's not talk about the disaster movie in 2015. I was fully convinced by watching the trailers that this interpretation of Fantastic Four with the right cast is going to be fantastic.

Pedro Pascal on the lead role didn't hype me up cause I was one of those guys who wanted Krasinski, but don't get this twisted I always admired Pedro's work and he nailed that role even though his schedules is well known stacked. His chemistry with Vanessa Kirby is unmatched. Furthermore the dynamic between Ebon, Joseph, Vanessa and Pedro felt so familiar and solid.

Michael Giacchino's score put that film on a higher level. If you've seen that beautiful chasing space scene it gave me chills and Interstellar vibes with the score in the background. His effort with the sound indispensable.

Jess Hall who's a certified cameraman did an exceptional job here. He can only deliver with what was given to him and I'm satisfied with that. This was a challenging job for him. Never underestimate the work of camera.

Matt Shakman directed a down to earth movie and connected us viewers with a cosmic threat in a way I didn't felt thrown with typical MCU stuff. Like, we're not supposed to know certain characters and we're not forced to watch movies beforehand. The director sets up our heroes in an environment where they develop without any appearance that steals the show from them. There's less action than expected from my side overall and that didn't hurt the pacing of the movie.

Costume & Design of all Fantastic Four members are super cool. It has a fresh breeze of retro look combined with a more modern look to our time. Silver Surfer stuns with her coloring and countenance. Galactus looks threatening and big as he should. The Fantastic Car & Herby were lovely designed. At last the tower were they all live looks retro and cool as well.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps starts Marvel's phase 6 in a grounded way and doesn't drag a story to its limits. Great visuals, good action sequences and most importantly keeps the message alive what it means to have responsibility as a super hero. A well written story for the biggest movie franchise in the world. Don't leave the 🎦 too early you'll get a teaser for what's about to come at us.

  • Superman 2025 is fascinating

Superman as he should be in the comics, and above all, what he stands for. James Gunn has managed to bring to the screen the kind of Superman adventure I've imagined since I was a little boy. All previous live-action interpretations were never quite right and didn't capture what I remember from the cartoons and comics.

David Cornsweet works wonderfully as both Clark Kent and Superman in this colorful and expansive world of the DCU. David comes across as charming, clumsy, funny, emotional, vulnerable, humorous, and, most importantly, human. Reproducing these attributes and many more as an actor is no easy task, and for me, he's the first to bring them to life perfectly. Of course, an actor performs even better when his co-stars are solid or even better, and the script is well-written. Both apply here.

Nicholas Hoult embodies the role of Lex Luthor incredibly well. As a viewer, you immediately believe that he truly hates the hero with all his heart. Lex Luthor isn't just rich and evil. No, he's also very intelligent and has studied Superman's strengths and weaknesses. He truly poses a great challenge for Superman. Nicholas Hoult really impressed me!

Rachel Brosnahan is not only incredibly attractive, but also plays her role as Lois Lane brilliantly. She's not just a girl who needs to be saved; on the contrary, she helps Clark a lot and motivates him, like a loved one.

I don't want to give too much away, except that many other exciting characters appear in the film. The first DCU film was a complete success for me and not too exaggerated. Even if someone who didn't know Superman at all watched the film, they would have a lot of fun and get a lot out of it. That's exactly how a film should be directed.

Krypto the Dog was adorable. Man gotta give James Gunn credits for his love for pets 💜

For me, it's an 8/10 as a movie but a 9/10 superhero film, as I noticed some minor flaws in the CGI, but nothing too noticeable. Furthermore, they could have done better shots for the flying sequences. Furthermore, the combat scenes could have been made even cooler in the future; they're already well done, but there's certainly more potential.

I went to my local cinema with a friend who didn't like Superman in general but was impressed by the movie and now he sees Superman in a different angle. Go watch it with your loved ones, family and friends. This movie was really fascinating. Make your own mind and don't listen to negative critics !

  • takes some time to understand this ending

Like most viewers I felt speechless and surprised with a lot of question marks. Dong-hyuk was right when he said it's tough to continue the story. The ending didn't satisfy me yet, but maybe it's just me and it takes some time cause Byung-hun and Dong-hyuk said that they felt the ending was right and the best way to tell this story.

What I missed was Gi-hun reaching his goal, maybe it's just me and I tend not to understand that his goal was shattered when Frontman killed off his friend right next to him. Gi-hun never lost his hope in humanity. His beliefs are strong enough to counter everything.

Jun-ho man he seemed much smarter in season 1 than in 2 and 3. He didn't reach anything with his arc besides the gift on his table at the end served by you know who. Woo-seok saved his life and had more value to the exposing island plot than Jun-ho.

I think I really I wanted a different ending and maybe in a few weeks or months I'll look back and adjust to it.

Overall I can tell Squid Game is indeed and well deserved the most successful series ever on streaming. Squid Game 3 is still not a third season but Pt. II of Squid Game 2 for me.
