Audience ends up empty handed, when you thought you knew what happened to the earth then it turns out there hsd been a last minute trick. There is an avid focus on Xavier as the core centre that's presented as perfect and other characters often depicted clumsy or irrelevant, one even called a monster when nothing really that bad has happened. And i'm sure it'll change again and likely end up with a cliffhanger because nothing is ever revealed we just get shots of Xavier very similar in fact. It's hard to believe his character for how Godlike he is portrayed bordering on the ridiculous. Just too simplistic and again and again Xavier here and there power faced.

Many dislike the pace of the series and I love it, sisters are slow themselves and in secret. Makes sense if it's at least two seasons. Reminds me of the first GOT season, slow built. Yer, series are often influenced by prejudice. A well known critic brought up his preference for Station Eleven, when writing about the One Hundred years of solitude adaptation. I personally find his view outrageous, third review in metacritic. Here some criticise the series for it's late reveals and slow pace which for me, given it's a sisterhood and they act silently and mostly in secret. Just the way they are. We all have our favourite topics and i personally fancy dystopia. Having said that, this episode is the best so far, and that's hard to contest. Some characters don't have gravitas and some couples lack chemistry while others just have it all! This episode evidences that, the Emperor simply has his favourite and Tuba delivers like a queen! A high priestess. Excellent! I enjoyed knowing whereabouts does Desmond come from! However i'm under the impression his story was added to the plot at the end hence the change from dune sisterhood to dune prophecy and that would also explain some criticisms. With Desmond all seems "easy" on the eyes for my taste. Still, Actors have done a wonderful job and it's only just slow pace for some reason and perfect for others like mental .

I enjoyed this season the most, I found the ending fabulous and hopeful. There are people who suffered centuries ago and moved to the now US. And it's brilliant that there is a character that serves as a bridge to the past. Because not everything is the American dream and the Sheriff. I really liked the acting, almost as good as the writing, if not better. Truly Hamm was credible as full of anger and vengeful. But Spruell as Ole Munch ( Moonk) makes the season multidimensional and not predictable. Some series are utterly boring but most are happy with them. This series makes you think about American values, not just a superficial display of them. I like the different characters, they are definitely not plain as so often happens. Excellent.
