What a BGM!!! Yerava.. yeva... Yerava... yeva... (This is what I heard, and it is atrocious with too much repetition here and there... just like overusing nyapakam in Vineeth's Varshangalkku Shesham.)

The story has nothing new to deliver. Seen this plot in many movies - so cliché. Still, the story could have worked IF.., at least at the bare minimum, they had cast a real hero figure in this movie. Unfortunately, Noble is too inadequate to pull the mass appeal here, and it made this movie a box-office bomb.

There are some glimpses of brilliance in the making here and there; however, the script is too weak to create an emotional impact with the characters. The BGM is too silly and kind of outdated in current times.

The only positive is Baburaj's comedy (yes, comedy in a thriller supposed to be like 'Taken'. Wow... it's a combination like puttum-aviyalum!!!)

Many of the recent "feel-good" movies that received glowing reviews-like Meyazhagan and Tourist Family-felt somewhat overhyped when I finally watched them. I went into 3BHK with similar expectations, assuming it would be another Tourist Family-type film. But to my surprise, this one truly stood out.

Every actor delivered a solid performance, with Siddharth and Sarathkumar deserving special mention for portraying their roles with remarkable authenticity and depth. The music and songs were beautifully composed and blended seamlessly with the film's emotional tone, enhancing the overall experience.

While the storyline is fairly predictable and follows a familiar path, the execution, emotional connect, and performances make 3BHK a genuinely engaging watch.

Overall, a well-made and heartwarming film that exceeded my expectations.

Watched the movie with zero expectations, and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised - this is one of the best Malayalam movies I've seen in recent times.

It's a beautiful watch. Though the story is quite cliché and doesn't offer anything new, the script works remarkably well and connects emotionally throughout.

Special mention to the heroine, who delivered an exceptional performance. The chemistry between the hero and heroine was genuinely delightful to watch.

Overall, a well-made, heartfelt film that truly deserves all the appreciation and applause it's receiving.
