Want something to bring light & laughter to an evening? This is the movie for you! I think with all the tough times people are having right now this is a great movie to watch. Our whole family highly enjoyed this movie! Truly a great cast! I think Ryan makes any movie he is in brilliant & this was no exception, his perfect comedic timing & humor kept the movie alive & fun. The Rock does his typical action stuff but I think him & Ryan were a wonderful combination! Gal Gadot did a fantastic job- she is both skilled, intelligent & stunning in the film- I feel like she shows girls how powerful women can be which is a great thing! Overall I think it is well worth the watch & that if you enjoy it please leave it a 10* not an 8 to combat those leaving poor reviews! I want Netflix to know that many of us do enjoy them coming out with great movies like this with quality actors that are also appropriate for teenagers not just adults!
I loved this show! Watched on a whim & was so enthralled by the 3rd episode! Romance, a great storyline, beautiful music & skating & it gives a realistic view to some of the struggles of mental illness. I do not struggle with this particular diagnosis but think making it something more normalized in tv will help people feel less alone. I am sad to see so many shows either shy away from it or take it to a very dark level (13 reasons why) that is triggering. I thought this showed their struggles but that they could still succeed in life & love. Justin was so well played but honestly all the actors did great outside of Johnny Weir who stood out like a sore thumb lol. I hope they didn't spend too much of their budget on him he was a completely unnecessary addition to the show. I highly recommend watching & hope Netflix reconsiders renewing it!
Really enjoyed this movie. The childhood storyline really got to me & is sadly something kids today deal with in several countries. Scarlet did great & I loved her chemistry with Pugh! Pugh seriously impressed me! She fit the role so well & was very believable. The masks definitely felt like a nod to mission impossible. Overall worth watching.. giving it a 10 vs a 9 to try to balance out some of the 1* ratings that this film deserves better than.
