As if the writers run out of ideas in the second half of the 7th season.
For a Betazoid, Lwxana Troi really sucks at reading Picard's midnd lol. I find her the most annoying character, lacking tact and sensitivity of her half human daughter. Very odd. Majel Barrett, the late wife of the late Gene Roddenberry is hower superb at portraying the character.
I already know I'll have to watch this film again and again to fully appreciate it. Great story and perfect executions Nolan-style. Dialogues are often hard to understand, with loud, albeit spectacular music score playing over them. My next watch will be with subtitles 😉.
