I've watched Series 1 to 3 and loved every episode but I've stopped watching Series 4 after episode 5.
It's plodding and disappointing with no likeable characters and no-one telling the truth for no apparent reason.
I no longer care what happened to the main character and who did what to who.
Unfortunately Ambrose just comes across as weird and intense and he's following clues that any PC plod could follow and asking obvious questions of the prime suspects.
I understand that drama's such as this need to reveal the narrative a bit at a time but that arc is so obvious and contrived in this series.
Don't waste 8 hours of your life.
I'm disappointed to write this as it's been so good so far.

Don't really know what this was trying to achieve but it failed. Awful script, turgid story arc, terrible acting, 2 dimensional characters, predictable scenes. Lost interest after ten minutes and didn't get it back.
