  • Exciting drama telling an important story

Harriet delivers a powerful tribute to one of history's most courageous figures. Cynthia Erivo's performance is fierce and moving, anchoring a film that celebrates resistance and legacy. The story is emotionally resonant and long overdue in mainstream cinema.

Visually, the film is a treat. The cinematography captures lush outdoor landscapes-misty forests, rivers, and open fields-that echo Harriet Tubman's journey and spiritual connection to nature. The use of natural light and sweeping locations adds depth and beauty to the narrative.

However, the portrayal of white slave owners feels overly one-note. Most are depicted as pure antagonists, lacking nuance or complexity. This flattens the conflict and misses a chance to explore the broader systems behind slavery.

Still, Harriet is a must-watch. It educates, uplifts, and honors a legacy that deserves the spotlight-with visuals that linger long after the credits roll.

  • Latex dressing BDSM Latex men

This sci-fi from the 60s combines the horror of American sci-fi movies of invading aliens with British comedy, witful and ironic.

It is however showing its age and despite it being a rather early breakthrough sci-fi movie, it sadly is a bit too ambitious for its bugdet. The robot aliens looks ridiculous, like giant hoovers that is not particularly scary and what is up with the steam weapon, are they driving kettles? Just silly.

The aliens capture humans and enslave their minds, making them latex wearing robot men. It is humourous to watch these robot men dress up in latex and slightly whip their other human captured humans. Are we watching some BDSM cave club ?

The movie is just silly and action scenes are totall lame and non-convincing. I'd rather watch Star Trek and Captain Kirk than this mess.

And the "smart professor" played by Cushing is just stating the obvious, well except the last theory of the underground plot the aliens are planning. Now that was just dumb science.
