I am so thankful for this documentary and the brave people featured, who have the courage to open their wounds and talk about an issue that has been in the shadows for years. The shame, stigma, fear and lack of understanding surrounding Mental Health has left many lost, confused and isolated. As somebody who has suffered for years in a community that struggle with the concept of mental health, I am so grateful that we can begin a conversation and remove some of the stigma associated with it. I believe everyone should watch this documentary. It has been thoughtfully produced and authentically articulated 🙏🏽
