After watching the original, a couple years ago, I was pretty anxious to sit down with my wife and kids to watch this one. It was so disappointing. It felt like it was pushing for more of a younger viewing audience, but at the same time it had a very dark feel, including a very strange and out of place witchcraft moment. There were some extremely corny scenes, terrible acting, and a Santa sing scene that was so cheesy that my nachos were jealous.

My wife roped me into watching this one with her. It wasn't too bad. But if you've seen Footloose, you've seen this.
