Cuky Luky Film follows massive popularity of two simply girls focused on visible richness, as they were portrayed in the Slovak sketch show Kredenc (produced by TV Markiza). The movie somehow put us at the beginning of the relationships of Cuky and Luky. One is a total looser with own online video channel, the other is a popular winner of a beauty contest.
The story, that could be under-titled "How Cuky Met Luky" is very good developed for a regular comedy, but don't expect bonfires of TV jokes. It is more Slovak version of Miss Congenilaty (2000). Number of cameos including Milan Lasica or Lucie Bila visible for few seconds are not helping much. Successfully, this is the best Slovak comedy since 1989, luckily not Slovak answer to Czech blockbuster Babovresky, but on other hand this is not a follow up to the greatest Slovak comedies of the golden ages including Pacho, hybsky zbojnik (1976).

Have you waited for another great musical special produced by Netflix? Another A Very Murray Christmas? You should keep waiting. Even your memories of Michael Bolton and his hairy chest at the sun-setting beach with running horses are sexy (in 80s way), this isn't even a big or a sexy thing. This is some kind of goofy sketch show interrupted by Micheal Bolton songs. Even the mission was very optimistic.
MBBSVDS wants to help Santa to secure conceived 75k newborns for upcoming Christmas. But I know one thing - Sorry Michael, only newly- made-kids will be when people choose not to watch this show and rather have simple sex.
2 stars only for songs.

Netflix teased this show quite long and one could only guess - would it be suburb drama? comedy? than something with zombies? At the end, the show over performed expectations and in the first 10 episodes seasons made nice five hours of entertainment.
If you look for something that SCD is, you should say - it is smoothie made of Walking Dead, Dexter, We're the Millers and Weekend at Bernie's and it is well blended. On other hand, way of portraying of vomiting, bleeding and meat eating is something I would recommend that show is not suitable for children, pregnant and extra sensitive persons. But once you seek for some fun - Drew Barrymore, Timothy Olyphant and Liv Hewson will deliver it to you. The most of supporting actors play their role well, somehow I was expected little more from Portia de Rossi, but I saw in her less-or-more Rick Moranis style of comedy.
