I know the actors are humans, but it's like watching a bunch of robots. The characters speak with impossibly posh accents, don't display any recognizable emotions, and Cate Blanchett looks like she's wearing a mask. AI would have done a better job with the writing, acting, directing and editing. It's garbage like this that is sending everyone to YouTube instead.
I was a bit hesitant about watching this, because (1) I hate Pretty Woman, and (2) there's an awful lot of nudity at the beginning. However, it isn't some crass, misogynistic Hollywood BS, and it isn't the typical situation where an actress is forced to do nudity just because some studio jerks got off on it or thought they'd get more revenue. It's a very touching story that I think a lot of women can relate to, with a whole lot of humor along the way. The characters feel real. As much as I'd like to talk about the ending, which was the best part, I won't, because I'd rather convince you to give the movie a shot. You won't be disappointed.
