Grade B-. Fantastic four is a good movie however is it good enough for the theaters? Yes for a discount matinee ..but no for full price. Why? Because I always said... You have to have a good villain to have a great movie. Superman has a fantastic lex luthor. Lex luthor is awesome in the movie. Batman had Heath ledger as joker... Paul dano was excellent as Riddler in 2022 Batman. This villain is Galactus.. doesn't do much basically walks around. Not much of a villain! Silver surfer she was great but she's not a villain either. As for the fantastic four themselves... The human torch Johnny... I believe gets the most air time and makes the movie. This is debatable. Throw in a cute baby which is supposed to sell more tickets.. but there isn't much that happens there either. They keep making silly campy fantastic four movies... I would love to see a dead serious one. I think that would blow all of these away. Underwhelming but not that bad. B-.

Superman 2025 B+. Once again, see it in 3D. Leaving the theater I was disappointed in the critics and the reviewers who tore apart this movie. Do they like anything? In a world of negativity I think they get off on it. David Corenswet was perfectly fine as Superman. Like I have always said.. a good villain makes the movie. As example: "The Batman" which is the best superhero movie of all time... We had the murderous Riddler, Colin Farrell as the penguin.. and Carmine falcone played by John turturro... Perfect villains, perfect movie. In Superman 2025 we have an amazing lex luthor. Backed by The engineer and his creation Ultraman. Great villains. And don't forget krypto, utilized perfectly in the movie and they kept him acting like a typical dog. My only criticisms of the movie would be: Jimmy Olsen, needed to be recast. DC cannot get Green lantern right. And hawkgirl as limited as she was had some poor lines. We needed Superman 2025. It's fantasy it's adventure it's fun. His parents were casted well. This is a refreshing movie considering some of the previous awful bombs that DC and marvel has put out there. And yes I'm talking about flash 2023, Aquaman 2023, Thor 2022, Wonder woman 2020, and the worst one yet Doctor strange 2022. Absolutely awful pitiful movies. Go see this movie in 3D. Don't wait until it's in your home. B+

Jurassic Park rebirth: B+ Just walked out of the theater you have to watch it in 3D. There is spectacular cliff scene. It will not be the same if you watch it at home! Despite negative reviews.. I put this as number two only behind the first Jurassic Park. This is a excellent movie. Seems like there are so many negative critics out there... People left the theater really happy...and so did we. Scar Joe was not bad. Mahershala Ali it's an excellent actor and stands out in the movie. I also liked bechir sylvain short roll but fit in the movie very well! My only negative is the D-Rex.. he looks just like the final alien in aliens. Spinosaurus in Jurassic 3 was 10 times better and more realistic. Also when they first get to the island it would have been nice if all the actors kept their mouth shut while they walked up the river. The writers put a whole bunch of unnecessary dialogue there. Everyone should have been quiet creeping up the river instead! Overall ..see it in 3D. B+
