Danny Boyle is definitely one of the greatest directors of our time. He is known for his original and creative films. Always looking for new ways of filming, bizarre camera angles, unique lighting and filters. 99 out of 100 times you see his films, you are blown away and shocked, impressed, everything. A Danny Boyle film is always worth seeing. But this film is tiring to watch. Every minute the story is interrupted. You see a flashback from 1 to 100 years ago, or something that could happen in the near future. The image is color, black and white, dark, vague, blurry, etc etc. Artistic for the sake of being artistic, without adding anything to the story. My son probably said it best. It is a pity that the film series that once started with 28 days ends like this.
