As a Canadian historian, I have some knowledge about previous American presidents, however, James Garfield was one whom I knew very little about. The series is based on this premise and it delivered in a powerful way.

The cast is amazing and so is their acting. The storyline is deep, yet still finds appropriate opportunities to add in humor. Well done, Netflix. This is your best performance in years.

As a fan of the first Happy Gilmore, I still quote that movie from time to time. Going into this highly-tauted sequel, I was skeptical, but it did not disappoint!

I absolutely loved how not one, not two, but all somewhat relevant characters from the first movie played a part in the second. That was very cleverly incorporated. The major surprise of the movie was having so many real-life, top-tier golfers play substantial roles!

Overall, it was a perfect mix of nostalgia and today's best golfing talent poking fun at LIV golf while highlighting the classic game we all love.
