This movie pretends to have a message or two but its just more Hollywood garbage if youve seen john carpenters The Thing you have seen the same effects already decades ago, nothing new here its another handover movie demi handing glamour roles to the beautiful Margaret. Like we saw Arnie handing muscle action to the rock. The whole destroying yourself chasing beauty was done and overdone in Brazil also decades ago. All the hype and ocerhype came from ignorant people with nothing productive to offer the world but thats what hollywood give the worse fakes and dishonesty without every crediting the real originators but they are happy to keep the money they scammed.

This movie was a great departure from the cliched juror who dunits and for on ce doesn't hinge on one giant hollywood name to carry the movie the entire cast big or small played their characters to a tee. This is a movie that makes you think and challenge your own prejudices the final outcome will be unsatisfactory to some but not others and maybe twist you in many directions so if you expect every thread to be followed and neatly handed to you on a plate this may no be for you but for lovers of good cinema this is an unexpected gem. I loved every minute of it even when i felt uncomfortable there are some big names in this movie but they dont dominate their scenes everyone plays as they should its all about the story which flows well.

Im not american or care about basketball or black american youths but this movie really grabs the heart strings and a great performance by Samuel out of his stereotype roles and into reality. It really sucks some segments of the population are treated so unfairly.. great supporting performances from the whole cast. I only recognise a handful of faces but i dont require movies to have famous names in the credits all i want is a good story told well and Coach Carter delivers in abundance it has a genuine message many can learn and grow from everyone should watch it and go help make your corner of the world a little bit better.
