I've enjoyed Vera through the seasons and felt, as I do about Vera, not the best flow at times but comfortably enjoyable. Only judging by the first episode but eager to continue.
Got to agree with some others. A silly Midsommer Murder episode without the humor. Timelines are so compressed as to make no scenes. Such a lame and sorry episode to end the season.
This copy of the original series does not have any of the chuckles and smiles I had when I watched "Crime Scene Cleaner" on MHz Choice a few years ago. Not even a good try. Get free months subscription and see for yourself.
