Decent drama about coming of age lesbian love. If you are looking for a horror movie, this is not it. Do not believe the high reviews, it's ridiculous. This would have been the exact same movie without any werewolf references. It was well acted and contains drama for sure, but is not a horror movie by any stretch of the imagination.
I really wanted to like this movie more and given the high reviews I was expecting a lot more. I just Believe the movie was misrepresented. And when other people rate this 8, 9, and 10 you expect a whole lot more. Not that they were affiliated with the movie in any way.

After viewing a large number of horror/sci-fi movies, the plots tend to bleed into each other. Everything seems to be derivative and formulaic. This is not that kind of movie. It is very original and kept my attention the entire running. It is sooo refreshing to see new ideas in my beloved genre. That being said, not all your questions will be answered. It will be a bit confusing at time, but I will gladly forgive those minor flaws for originality, great acting, and a well done movie. I highly recommend this movie to those seeking something different that is well done and very engaging. I've been a big fan of the director's other works such as VHS: Viral, Dementia and Spring. Give them a look if you get a chance. I might just have to see this again with my horror friends. It's a great movie.
First of all, this movie was completely misrepresented. To call this a woman-empowering revenge flick is misleading at best. So what is this movie? A poor-mans sex-exploitation flick. It fails on every level. Watching this movie was like watching a porn movie with no sex scenes. No scares, light nudity, and very little action. The production value was very low too. It truly felt like I was watching a poorly made soft-core porn movie. The only difference being that there was little to no nudity and absolutely no terror.
Seriously the blue-man group was scarier than the blue/black/whatever men. I love horror movies, but there is a reason this went straight to DVD. I'd advise skipping this one, IMO. .
