A classic suspense crime writer who writes short stories and poems on small social problems and novels on more chronic problems. Previous publishing credits include short stories in local magazines and a novel (“Jo Dil Ki…) which is already published and liked by readers, critics and by the Literature Academy of New Delhi who have also accepted it in their library. When he’s not frightening strangers with his writing, he’s most likely trying to integrate some strange software applications in his office. You can visit him at www.sanjayagnihotri.com

  • Very entertaining with comedy, action, music and romance

If you are looking for full entertainment where you can settle down with popcorn and enjoy for some time, you won't be disappointed. Yami Gautam and Pratik Gandhi play a newly married couple who get the shock of their lives on their wedding night. Pratik played Veer, a phobia-filled Gujarati veterinary doctor, and Yami played Koyal, a full blooded, fiesty Pujabi girl who can drink whiskey and can shoot with enthusiasm. Together they make a terrific odd couple, which (in my opinion) is the best couple possible in this brutal world. The direction, acting, and cinematography are good. The screenplay has continuity.

As for as story plot is concern, the idea of the mystery of the disappeared valuable item (in the movie it is a pen drive) and the habit of the family dog, Tushie, is copied from my story 'Masoom Chor', which was published nationwide in famous Hindi Newspaper, Dainik Bhaskar's weekly special issue on 3rd Nov 2019.

  • If you like video games then it's OK

The script of this movie is written only based on Mahabharata references without any solid storyline, and served as a movie with Star Wars, Star Trak, Transformers, Black Panther, Alita Battle Angel, Dune, Blade runner, Mortal Engines, and trailer-style fight scenes of Mahabharata. I can not blame Nag Ashwin for that because you can not expect more from a person who is not a story writer.

As for as direction is concern the first half is bloated, boring and technically terrible. The props used throughout the movie looked like cheap foam. There was too much "inspiration" drawn from Hollywood movies. The second half is OK.

  • Great Story

Great cinematography, direction, and acting by most of the artists except for the unrealistically rude behavior of retired couple's son who was sent abroad for the betterment and uplifting family status is not successful and still struggling with his economical and social struggles abroad. Powerful performance by Sanjay Mishra and Nina Gupta as usual.

Also one thing I did not understand that when the dead body was carried in two sacks on a rickshaw and bus, neither the rickshaw puller nor anyone on the bus could smell it.

Sanjay Agnihotri B. Sc. Engg.(Mech), M. Sc. Eng.(ind. Mgt.with Sys. Int.) Retired Senior Engineer Transport NSW Litterateur.
