What began as a school project for a journalism course has turned into career goals for five friends. They are always adding to the staff and seeking those who want to join in a career writing as young students or college age students.
Begun by Drake and Sabrina Culpepper natives of Los Angeles, they soon added other students who wanted a career in writing and reporting.
The goal of this group is to run online magazines covering things from celebrities to sports. While the beginning goal was to cover stars starting out in the business it soon expanded to cover established stars as well as sports figures.
Drake and Sabrina are currently students at Florida State University. They are joined by reporters Alexis and Carlos Rodriquez, Natives of Florida and Dawn Vallarta who is a native of North Carolina now residing in Florida as well.
"We hope to be around a long time. Even though we have had to battle trolls in the beginning it just gave us a better understanding of what makes fans tick and how desperate they are to get their favorites out there more than the rest. Makes for interesting writing for our thesis. And believe me we are getting a lot of information to write about." Drake Stated.
"We are encouraging others who want to have a career in either writing or reporting to submit news to us either on our twitter page or email. If you are of good character and have an ability to be unbiased and impartial we would love to give you a chance to see if this is the real career you want" his sister Sabrina added.
While none of them are interested in a career in show business they feel there is a population of over looked rising stars out there that deserve a chance to be noticed.
