Even though this was a copy in most parts, lifted from other movies outside of Bollywood, it was an eye opener in creating a shock effect for the general film goers and audiences of Indian cinema. This obviously kickstarted and made SRK a superstar. Furthermore, it showed the sheer class and acting abilities of SRK, not to mention his proving his versatility.

Well, the bottom line is that, one absolutely cannot compare this with the original, it's different in every aspect except for the character names. No go for me.

Summary: Utter Garbage :(

Bravo to Govinda and to Late Rajesh Khanna. These days we salivate to watch a dynamic duo of this calibre. Yesteryears is when one was actually putting out a performance compared to now which is all about glamour and most of all very little of acting, or rather with any substance, if any.

In terms of acting, he has been cheated. He deserved best actor in leading role, hands down. That's all folks.

Something that has always intrigued me i.e. the performance by Emraan Hashmi is sublime and at another lever compared to all his movies to date. When you watch a movie regardless of the genre, it's very rare to actually feel what the characters going through and trust me Emraan Hashmi delivers. The emotion shown based on the character he supposedly was to portray super-cedes his acting abilities. I just can't make out, it just seems he seems to be in a different realm. The scene where he's walking on a street and crossing the zebra crossing while the musics playing in the background is phenomenal. Overall, in terms of acting it's just superb to what the character was made to enact. Thumbs up to Emraan Hashmi and the best performance to date (2019) in my books. Is there anything you wanna tell us what you were going through during the shoot, hehe, all good.!

Nice try but not as good as the 2015 South Indian movie called Dayaa (TEMPER). Watch this movie (Hindi dubbed version) and you shall be the judge. The lead role enacted by none other than South Indian superstar actor Junior N.T.R.

The acting and direction of the South Indian movie is at another level and there's actually no comparison.
